Welcome to Dew and Driftwood Candle Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing from our store or interacting with our brand online, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Products

All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches. Because of this, variations in color, scent strength, or appearance may occur. These unique differences are a natural part of the handmade process and do not affect the performance or quality of the product.

 

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason. If this happens, we will issue a full refund.

 

3. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within [3–14] business days, excluding holidays. Dew and Driftwood Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

4. No Refunds / Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s). We will review the issue and offer a solution at our discretion.

5. Candle Safety

Use candles responsibly. Always:

• Burn within sight
• Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects
• Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
• Do not leave candles burning while not at home, in office or unsupervised.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including product names, designs, images, logos, and written materials, is the property of Dew and Driftwood Candle Co. and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without our written permission.

 

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely to process orders and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

 

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services means you accept those changes.
